Annie Mist Thorisdottir has been an elite CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, in which she coaches athletes. Annie was the first woman who has won the CrossFit Games twice. In 2010, she was 2nd. Annie Thorisdottir, a Icelandic weightlifter who also is an Icelandic CrossFit athlete as well as a popular TV personality. She became famous for becoming the first female to win been awarded two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012. In 2013, and in 2017, she took home the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was raised in Iceland's Reykjavik area along with her family. She was a keen sportsperson and was active from when she was a young age. She first took part in 2009 in the CrossFit events in California and did excellently in the first round. Annie Thorisdottir's age was 31 years old (as of 2021). She's 5'7" tall and weighs around 67kg. Annie started her CrossFit journey at the age of nineteen in California. She did admirably in her first contests. Annie was ranked among top 10 of over 70. The team was not able to claim any titles which was why she ended 11th on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She finished 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's supervision. Following that She took part again in CrossFit Games and took home the gold medal due to her impressive performances. She became the first woman ever to be the winner of CrossFit Games. Annie is the only female who has ever won repeatedly in CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to an exceptional performance. She also received a medal of silver in 2014 as well as an award of bronze at the CrossFit Games in 2021. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. With rising fame as an athlete, Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance the Nuun Hydration Periodization Sidekick and many others. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel titled "Annie" which has over 3,000 viewers. This includes videos about training diets and family life.
